Our vacation condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor unit with ocean and lake views. There is assigned parking directly under the unit. A beach access is located directly across a lightly traveled one-way street.
This is a NO smoking, No pets condo. We rent to families and responsible adults over 25 years old.

The livingroom has a queen size sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, VCR,DVD,and a video library. There is also high speed wireless internet so bring your laptop.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has new granite countertops, a newer over/range, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, coffee maker, blender, toaster, new flooring, etc.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, DVD, private entrance into the main bath, and sliders that open to the smaller deck equipped with two adirondack chairs overlooking the pool and the lake/park.

We have the best location on Pleasure Island. Our condo has an ocean and lake view and is just a short walk to the local restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk area. From Memorial Day to Labor Day free family movies are shown at the lake each Sunday night and there are beach fireworks on Thursday nights. (weather permitting) This is a great vacation condo for couples and smaller families. Our condo is a NO Smoking NO pets unit.
